Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and THEVYN ("we", "us"). THEVYN is the trading name of Chirag Vekariya, Nava Vadaj, Ahmedabad, 380013, India. By using thevynlabs.com or our software, you agree to them. If you buy or use our software for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf.

You may browse the website and share links to it. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break it, overload it or get unauthorised access to it, and don't copy large parts of it for another site or product.

The text, design, images and logos on the website, and the THEVYN and BlenDock names, belong to us, except material we use under licence from others, which is credited where it appears.

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Tools marked In Development or Coming Soon are not finished: their features, timing and prices may change, and we don't promise a release date.

Our software is licensed, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BlenDock according to your plan:

• Free trial: every new install can use every feature, with no project limit, for 14 days from its first launch. After that it continues as Basic. One trial per computer.
• Basic: free, for one user and up to three projects.
• Pro: unlimited projects plus file inspection, the linked-files check, file history, asset search, search across all projects, live viewport thumbnails, a preferred Blender version per project, project setup export and import, and the project summary and handoff ZIP, for one user. Your key can be activated on up to three computers.
• Studio: everything in Pro plus the team tools (shared libraries and the Git-ready ZIP), for five users, one computer each, plus any extra users you buy.

When the trial ends, or a paid licence ends after a refund, nothing you made is removed: your projects, files and settings stay as they are, and only adding more projects and the paid features are locked until a key is activated.

You can reinstall BlenDock on the same computer at no cost. To move it to a new computer, deactivate it on the old one first, then activate it on the new one.

A Pro or Studio licence is permanent for the version you bought. Bug fixes and minor updates are free. A future major version may be a paid upgrade; if you don't buy it, you keep the version you have.

You may not:

• share, sell, rent or lend your licence key or the software;
• copy the software for anyone else;
• remove or change our notices, or get around licence checks;
• reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it despite this term.

Some parts of our software are third-party components under their own licences, listed in the notices included with it. Blender is a separate program made by the Blender Foundation. BlenDock is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Blender Foundation.

You own your files and projects, and we claim no rights in them. BlenDock works on your computer and does not upload them.

When you buy a licence:

• Prices are shown on the product page. They are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for the transaction and handles the payment, tax and your receipt under its own terms; the software licence is between you and us.
• Depending on where you are, tax may be added. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
• Your licence key is emailed to you right after payment, and the software is downloaded from this website.
• If we change a price, it does not affect a purchase you have already made.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may release updates to fix problems or improve our software. Support is by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help, but we don't promise a particular response time for support questions.

BlenDock is built to be careful with your files: it never deletes them, and it offers a copy or a backup before opening a file in a different Blender version. Even so, no software is perfect, so keep backups of work that matters to you.

Except where the law requires otherwise, the website and our software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that they will be free of errors or suit your particular needs.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the consumer law where you live.

You can stop using our software at any time. If you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your key, we may end your licence and deactivate your key.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and a change never affects a purchase you made before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please email us first; most are solved that way. If not, the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
