- Email is the way to reach us. Every message is read and answered by the people who build the tools.
- We reply to every email within 2 working days. Complaints about a purchase or your data are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 10 working days, as the Terms and Privacy Policy set out.
- There is no contact form or mailing list: your email comes straight to us.
